The Labour Court determined that Krzysztof Kmita Trading As Golden Grain Baker must pay Edward Rembecki €1,000 after finding that a Rights Commissioner decision had not been implemented. The determination was signed on 9 February 2011. Rembecki complained that his former employer had not carried out the decision.
