The Labour Court ordered Swilly Concrete Limited to pay Jakub Bialobrzewski €250 under a Rights Commissioner decision the company had not implemented. The determination was dated 25 March 2011. Bialobrzewski referred the implementation complaint to the Court on 18 February 2011. The Court said the decision had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
