The Labour Court determined on 31 July 2012 that LF Security Limited must pay Bogumil Drobniewski €6,430 under a Rights Commissioner decision. Drobniewski complained that his former employer had not implemented the decision. The company had not carried it out and had not appealed within the time limit.
