The Labour Court directed Mr Stanislaw Jan Mazanek to pay Marek Lechowski €11,000 under an earlier Rights Commissioner decision that had not been implemented. The determination was dated 28 November 2012. Lechowski complained that his former employer had not carried out the decision. The Court found that the decision remained unpaid and that no appeal had been brought within the appeal time limit. It determined that Mazanek pay Lechowski the €11,000 in accordance with the Rights Commissioner decision.
