The Labour Court directed Pat Pender, trading as The Drop In Depot, to pay Mary Martina Murphy €2,000 under a Rights Commissioner's decision. The determination was signed on 18 January 2013. The Court said the earlier decision had not been carried out and had not been appealed within the time limit.
