The Labour Court directed Unicorn Homes Limited to pay Marek Kilian €2,000 after finding it had not carried out a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 30 January 2013. Kilian referred the implementation complaint on 3 January 2013. The earlier decision had not been appealed within the time limit.
