The Labour Court determined that Cappoquin Poultry Limited must pay Michael Griffin €2,000 after failing to implement a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was dated 5 April 2013. The Court said the earlier decision had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
