The Labour Court varied the working-time decisions involving truck driver Roman Bilicki and Cosgrave Transport (Limerick) Ltd, signing its determination on 2 October 2015. It upheld €750 compensation for failing to notify Bilicki of his finishing times. It set aside the daily-rest decision, affirmed the decision on breaks and intervals, and held that sections 11, 12 and 15 did not apply to his mobile work. It also affirmed the decisions on claims concerning unpaid availability, while setting aside decisions on holiday pay and cessation pay because those claims were addressed in a separate National Minimum Wage Act determination.
