The Labour Court directed Michael Lovett, trading as The Cutting Room, to pay Louise Byrne €651.54 after he failed to implement a Rights Commissioner decision. The Court dated its determination 30 May 2016. The original decision had not been appealed within the time limit and had not been carried out.
