The Labour Court determined that Keegan Quarries Ltd must pay Jurij Bondarenko €1,450 under two unappealed Adjudication Officer decisions. The determination was signed on 1 July 2016. Bondarenko complained that the company had not implemented the decisions, dated 30 September 2015. The Court found that the decisions had not been carried out and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
