The Labour Court upheld Pawel Zadruzny’s roster-notice complaint and ordered G4S Secure Solutions (Ireland) Ltd to pay €350. It also doubled the earlier €100 award for advance holiday pay to €200. The determination was signed on 24 July 2017. The Court upheld his sick-pay complaint, ordering payment of the balance of his sick-pay entitlement for 2013 and 2014. It rejected four complaints over a collective agreement that did not cover him, as well as complaints about leave scheduling and penalisation. The Court said the employer had allocated him a fair share of available hours and he had suffered no loss compared with colleagues.
