The Labour Court dismissed Hubert Ryan's appeal and upheld the decision that his Organisation of Working Time Act complaint was not well founded. The determination was signed on 7 June 2019. Ryan sought payment for a rest day after working seven days in a row. The Court found that two rest periods had been granted within the time allowed by section 13(3), so no breach arose; Bord Na Mona was the respondent.
