The Labour Court upheld a €1,500 award to Noel Kelly after Go Ahead Transport Services (Dublin) Limited failed to pay his wages before scheduled annual leave. Kelly had appealed seeking the maximum compensation, approximately €68,000; the Court found no basis to change the original award. Its decision was signed on 13 December 2024.
