The Labour Court referred a worker’s allegation against Cert to an Equality Officer for investigation in a decision signed on 14 December 1999. The worker said Cert would not let her attend interviews in uniform, which she considered demeaning, and that she missed job opportunities. The Equality Authority withdrew three of the four allegations at the hearing. The Court found the worker could pursue the remaining allegation, which it found was within the time limit; it did not decide whether discrimination occurred.
