The Labour Court directed the Health Service Executive Dublin / Mid Leinster (HSE Dublin / Mid Leinster) to acknowledge that Dr Muhammad Saeed Ur Rehman’s contract, issued on 1 January 2005, was of indefinite duration. The determination was dated 15 July 2010. Ur Rehman had complained that the employer failed to carry out a Rights Commissioner decision. The Labour Court recorded that the decision had not been implemented and no appeal had been brought within the time limit. It required the employer to acknowledge the contract’s status in compliance with that decision.
