The Labour Court declined to decide whether a worker employed by Gregory Geoghegan T/A Taps was covered by the construction Registered Employment Agreement (REA), because the agreement’s dispute procedures had not been used. The worker claimed the agreement covered him, while the company disputed that he had performed work within its categories. The decision was signed on 11 August 2010.
