The WRC found a worker’s dispute about workplace grievance procedures not well founded in a recommendation dated 11 August 2023. The worker believed she had completed the internal process; the employer said formal grievance and appeal steps remained available. The adjudicator found that the internal procedures had not been exhausted and said she could not intervene in that process. The recommendation was made under section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969.
