The WRC made no recommendation in a worker’s three industrial relations disputes because the company was not the worker’s employer. Adjudication Officer Breiffni O’Neill dated the decision on 14 July 2026. The worker referred all three disputes under section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969. The officer investigated them and gave both sides an opportunity to be heard.
