In 1992, the Labour Court recommended that Musgrave Limited increase its compensation offer to £5,500 for three drivers' helpers moving from van duties to warehouse work. Services Industrial Professional Technical Union had sought £10,000 for each helper, while Musgrave Limited had offered £4,500 each. The Court recommended the higher offer in full settlement of the claim and asked the union to cooperate with the changes.
