The Labour Court recommended that Parfums Christian Dior (Ireland) Limited concede in full a union claim for the chargehand rate for a worker employed as a cosmetician. The recommendation was signed on 11 January 1993. The Irish Distributive And Administrative Trade Union said the worker’s duties were those of a chargehand. The company described her as a consultant and said it had no chargehand category.
