Labour Court ·

The Labour Court did not recommend concession of the Marine Port and General Workers Union’s claims for a salary-scale review and a 3% increase under P.E.S.P. for sales representatives at W. J. Dwan and Sons Limited. The Court cited its 1989 review of the salary scale and the terms of P.E.S.P. for the salary claim; it said it could not recommend the 3% claim as made. The recommendation was signed on 20 October 1993.
