The Labour Court recommended that Limerick Corporation pay £200 to settle a claim by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union for a worker’s manual-handling instructor course fees. The recommendation, dated 24 April 1995, offered £350 instead if the worker agreed to resume giving manual-handling training.
