The Labour Court recommended that Bloomfield Hospital pay a worker £500 after finding he was unfairly treated when dismissed. The recommendation was signed on 8 May 1995. The hospital said it had warned the worker about his behaviour. The Court noted he had not been warned about the alleged unsatisfactory behaviour before his dismissal and recommended compensation.
