In 1995, the Labour Court recommended £800 compensation for a worker it found had been treated unfairly in the way his employment with St. Nicholas of Myra ended. The recommendation was signed on 7 September 1995. St. Nicholas of Myra said the worker was unsuitable for the supervisor role and had received appropriate notice. IMPACT argued he was dismissed without warning or an explanation. The Court recognised the circumstances of the community projects but found the manner of termination unfair. It recommended the payment in full and final settlement of the dispute.
