The Labour Court recommended further evaluation of the catering supervisor and secretary to the president posts at St. Catherines College, Sion Hill. The recommendation was signed on 7 March 1996. IMPACT sought regrading, arguing that both posts had gained substantially increased duties since their 1992 evaluation. The college said the 1993 settlement was final and that there had been no significant change in duties. The Court recommended that the jobs be evaluated again, if possible by the person or body that carried out the 1992 evaluation.
