The Labour Court recommended that Flair International pay £1,000 to each of the individuals involved in Services Industrial Professional Technical Union claims over upgrading moulders and retrospective pay. The recommendation was dated 12 July 1996. The Court found no justification for the claims concerning seven transferred moulders and retrospection for three upgraded moulders, but noted that the parties had agreed to upgrade three spindlers to Grade B.
