The Labour Court recommended that Boxmore Plastics Limited and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union clarify their agreement on representation at third-party hearings, while allowing four representatives: a union official, shop steward, shift representative and aggrieved employee or group representative. The Court also recommended that the employee involved be paid for this occasion after losing pay to attend a conciliation conference. The recommendation was signed on 29 July 1996.
