Labour Court ·

In 2000, the Labour Court rejected a pay increase claim involving a butcher at Supermarket Supplies Limited (Trading As Londis Supermarket, New Ross), but recommended checking his pay record for unpaid Partnership 2000 increases and paying any outstanding amount as a lump sum. The recommendation was signed on 14 April 2000. The Amalgamated Transport And General Workers' Union had sought the local industry rate and retrospective increases. The company did not attend the hearing.
