The Labour Court recommended that Dubarry Shoes Limited pay a worker half of a bonus described as about €600. The recommendation was dated 16 January 2003. The worker, represented by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union, said he had been a Grade A operator before moving to modular manufacturing. The company disputed this. With relevant records destroyed and the evidence conflicting, the Court recommended half the bonus.
