The Labour Court recommended that Nutricia Limited give Amicus a copy of an assessor's report on Sustaining Progress and that they return to conciliation to discuss its findings. The recommendation was signed on 15 August 2005. Nutricia Limited said it was willing to pay the increase, backdated to October 2004, but wanted cost-offsetting measures first. Amicus sought payment first. The TEEU had reached an agreement with the company, while SIPTU had agreed to an assessor process. If conciliation failed to produce agreement, the matter could return to the Court.
