The Labour Court said it could not recommend in favour of Unite’s claim against Permanent TSB (Finance) for the remaining 75% of a 2008 bonus due to administration staff. The Court said a legally binding agreement imposed by the Minister for Finance from June 2011 prohibited performance bonus payments, regardless of when they were earned.
