The Labour Court did not recommend conceding the Irish Municipal, Public and Civil Trade Union’s claim for compensation for lost overtime at HSE’s Raheen Stores. The recommendation was signed on 13 October 2014. The union said the overtime had been regular and rostered. The HSE argued it was temporary and optional. The Court found it did not qualify as contractual or regular and rostered overtime under the compensation formula.
