The Labour Court recommended a 2% pay increase for workers at Enva Ireland Limited for 12 months from 1 April 2014, along with discussions on phased restoration of overtime rates. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union had sought a pay rise and restoration of overtime premiums cut in 2010. Enva Ireland Limited had proposed a 2% increase, with 0.5% tied to employees meeting health and safety, customer-service and company-property requirements, and cited competitive pressures. The Court also recommended that the union undertake to meet the company's health and safety standards. The recommendation was signed on 11 March 2015.
