The Labour Court recommended a process to resolve a worker’s complaint that One 51 Protech Performance Plastic had not properly investigated his bullying complaint. The recommendation was signed on 27 April 2015. The company will give the worker the draft investigation findings and allow him to comment before issuing a final report. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties will try to agree on a mediator; if they cannot, the Court will nominate one. The process is to be completed within one month of the hearing and may also apply to others with similar issues.
