The Labour Court recommended no further action on a worker’s claim for a higher pension lump sum from Dublin Airport Authority. In its recommendation dated 5 September 2016, the Court said a collective agreement and the worker’s signed waiver prevented it from recommending on the claim. It found the agreement had been applied according to its terms and that the worker was stopped from proceeding.
