The Labour Court recommended that Dunnes Stores reverse a worker's three-day suspension without pay and restore the wages lost. The recommendation was signed on 7 December 2017. The Court found the disciplinary procedure denied the worker fair procedures and natural justice. Dunnes Stores did not attend the hearing. The worker was represented by Mandate Trade Union.
