The Labour Court recommended that Stryker Springhill recognise SIPTU members as their chosen representatives for industrial relations matters and negotiate a collective agreement. The recommendation was dated 11 October 2019. SIPTU sought to represent members individually in grievance and disciplinary matters and collectively on employment terms. The employer did not attend the hearing.
