In 2007, the Labour Court determined that Noel Lalor, trading as Lalor Mushrooms, must pay Vesma Siloya €12,047.44 for underpaid wages. The determination was signed on 9 March 2007.
Siloya complained that her former employer had failed to implement a Rights Commissioner decision under the National Minimum Wage Act 2000. The Court said the decision had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit. It determined that Lalor pay the amount in settlement of her claim.
