The Labour Court directed William Carroll to pay Helen Gurtiza €4,825 after he failed to carry out a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 1 May 2012. The Court said no appeal had been brought against the earlier decision within the time limit and directed payment in accordance with it.
