The Labour Court determined that Wojcieu Kaminski's appeal failed for lack of prosecution after he did not attend the hearing; the appeal's merits were not decided. The determination, signed on 19 November 2012, left the Rights Commissioner's decision in place. Kaminski's former representative had told the Court he was no longer instructed by him. The Rights Commissioner had found the minimum-wage complaint not well founded, saying Cill Mhantain Iompair Teoranta paid Kaminski €11.25 an hour, above the national minimum wage.
