The Labour Court directed Francis Smith, trading as Trevor Francis, to pay Leslie Ann Mulqueen €6,489 after the employer failed to carry out a Rights Commissioner decision. The Court signed its determination on 16 April 2014 under the National Minimum Wage Act. Mulqueen brought the case to enforce the earlier decision. No appeal had been brought within the time limit, and the Court determined that the employer must pay the amount set by the Rights Commissioner.
