In 2003, the Labour Court determined that Heatons Limited must implement a Rights Commissioner decision concerning Gemma Cresham. The determination was dated 23 July 2003. The application said the decision had not been implemented. The Court recorded that the employer had neither appealed the decision nor implemented it within the time specified in the Protection of Employees (Part-Time Work) Act, 2001, and directed it to implement the decision.
