The Labour Court determined that John Cahill and Brigid Seepersad, trading as Hillview Nursing Home, must pay former employee Cora Fitzpatrick €2,200 under a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination, signed on 28 August 2006, followed a complaint that the earlier decision had not been implemented. The Court recorded that the Rights Commissioner decision had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit. It determined that the employers pay Fitzpatrick in accordance with that decision.
