The Labour Court extended the deadline for Bobby Luiz, trading as Bombay Bazaar, to appeal a Payment of Wages decision concerning Goran Zoric. In its determination dated 7 June 2017, the Court found that WRC hearing and decision notices had been sent to an unrelated Cork address and allowed the appeal notice to be lodged up to 3 February 2017. The substantive appeal remains to be heard; the merits were not decided.
