Labour Court sets aside Brendan McEntee’s statutory redundancy entitlement

The Labour Court allowed employer William Brennan’s uncontested appeal and set aside the decision that Brendan McEntee was entitled to statutory redundancy. The determination was dated 4 November 2020.
