The Labour Court affirmed the decision that Adina Predut's complaint against Rapier Contract Services Limited over her statement of employment terms was not well founded. Predut said her contracts gave inaccurate job titles, omitted security duties and did not specify her hours beyond a 48-hour week that could be rostered Monday to Sunday. Rapier said it supplied the statement required by the Acts. After examining the signed documents, the Court found Rapier had fully complied with section 3. The determination was signed on 16 January 2018.
