New entrance with gates added to protected structure

Jarlath Kaye Duffy is proposing to build a new entrance with gates at The Moorings on Ballymahon Road in Athlone. The work is small in scale but needs care because the property is a protected structure, so the council will be checking that the new entrance and gates fit appropriately with the existing building.
