Hotel conversion to gym, spa, creche and coffee shop; apartment block scrapped

The former Milford Hotel and bar on Lough Road is being converted into a commercial wellness and leisure hub featuring a gym, spa, creche, and coffee shop with roastery. Two apartments that were previously approved for the rear of the site have been dropped, and additional car parking spaces plus an outdoor play area are being added instead.
