New ancillary dwelling house and wastewater system in Drumnacarry

Martin McGarvey has been granted permission to build a new house next to his existing home in Drumnacarry, Creeslough, which will serve as ancillary accommodation. The plan also includes replacing the current septic tank with a new wastewater treatment system. Permission was granted with conditions on 8 May 2026.
