Swap approved apartments for semi-detached houses on same Kinvara site

Leonard Murphy has got the go-ahead to build 2 semi-detached four-bedroom houses in Kinvara instead of the 4 apartment units that were previously approved. The new houses will be two-and-a-half storeys tall, with parking spaces fitted out ready for EV charging points, plus revised access, landscaping and drainage arrangements.
